WMAConvert FAQs:
- Why cannot I convert my files?
WMAConvert frees only the music you've purchased. So the requirement is that you must be able to play your original files in Windows Media Player or in QuickTime Player on your PC. If you can do this WMAConvert must convert your files.
- Why cannot I copy my converted files?
Presumably you try to copy your original files. Your converted files are stored in the folder set in ¡°Convert to¡± group.
- Can I use the same license code for my home and office PCs?
No. WMAConvert license code won¡¯t work on any other PC after you use it to receive activation code. You need to buy another license code to install WMAConvert on other PC.
- My license code doesn¡¯t match?
Presumably you enter it in a wrong field. Please make sure you enter the LICENSE CODE in the field named LICENSE CODE and click on ¡°OK¡±. In case our software cannot retrieve the activation code, click the activation link in the same dialog and get the activation code from our website.
- Does WMAConvert connect to Internet when it converts my files?
WMAConvert itself is not connecting to the Internet. But the DRM system may do it during a conversion process, in order to check the license and etc.
